This hotel was located in a central area close to the pub over the road, a retail park with restaurants, shops and super market, and easy transport. The breakfasts were gorgeous and satisfactory with sausage and also yogurt...

At the restaurant, the breakfast was gorgeous and good at a good rate. Central location was a plus.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms was immaculate, air conditioned and comfortable.

The only that I would change was the location of the room itself. The window was situated next to the entrance of the hotel and as it was a Saturday night I could hear revellers returning all through the evening, disturbing my sleep.

I stayed at holiday inn express for one night. The room was very comfortable and clean, and i loved the dove toiletries-they smelled amazing! Breakfast was a highlight, especially the nice coffee, and the cheerful staff really made a difference. It's near great spots like the contemporary thermae bath spa.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times and always found it good. The staff are friendly.The hotel is clean and breakfast is fine. It is near uwe so that is handy for us as our daughter is a student there.

That it is hard to get a booking during the week as mod is nearby.

The location of the hotel was central, close enough to the grounds, and Bristol. Moreover, it was 1 km from Uwe.

Good and adequate rooms with free WiFi and coffee, soft beds. Nice service from the super, fairly quiet staff members. Marvellous and wonderful packed breakfast.

Close to the University premises, which is where I needed to go. Relatively easy to reach by public transportation. Nice pub right in front (or Mc Donald's and Sainsbury nearby). Free wifi in the hall.

Breakfast had a poor choice and several items were not replenished (croissants, eggs). Overall, a bit expensive in my opinion.

it was convenient for our day trip to bath. staff were extremely polite and helpfull and there was a bar in reception as well as the inn being opposite a pub/restaurant.

Only one soft pillow in the room, but i expect if we had asked for another soft they would have been more than accomadating.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was one of the highlights with choice and quality combined - and plenty of it! Location-wise the hotel is ideal access-wise for central Bristol but is also in a very quiet location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffett breakfast had a large variety of choices. The room was spacious and modern.

The hot food was not replenished often enough. We never got any due to the large crowds of people and long lines.

The pub just outside the hotel is fabulous! Hotel is well situated if you are by car and/or on a roadtrip.

Nice room with great air conditioning, but parking signage is confusing late at night.
